License Agreement for the Use of Vselekala Sewing Patterns
This License Agreement governs the use of digital sewing patterns and educational materials purchased at https://vselekala.com/.
By purchasing digital materials, the user confirms their agreement to the terms of this Agreement.
- Right Holder
The right holder of all sewing patterns, graphic materials, instructions, and educational videos is Individual Entrepreneur Tatiana Konstantinovna Burtseva.
All materials are protected by copyright and by the laws of the Russian Federation and international copyright rules.
- Grant of License
The Buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased sewing patterns solely for personal use.
The Buyer may:
- download purchased files
• print sewing patterns for personal use
• use sewing patterns to make products for themselves or their family.
- Restrictions on Use
The Buyer may not:
- transfer sewing pattern files to third parties
• post sewing pattern files on the Internet
• distribute files through social media, messaging applications, or file-sharing services
• sell or transfer sewing patterns to third parties
• use sewing patterns to create and sell copies of sewing patterns
• publish PDF sewing pattern files on any third-party resources.
- Copyright Protection
Any unlawful copying, distribution, or publication of the materials is considered copyright infringement.
The right holder may:
- demand the removal of unlawfully posted materials
• submit complaints to website administrators and hosting providers
• send notices of copyright infringement
• demand that unlawful content be blocked.
- Removal of Pirated Copies
If unlawful posting of sewing patterns is discovered, the right holder may send requests to remove the materials to website administrators, e-commerce platforms, social media networks, and other online resources.
A user who violates the license terms may lose access to the materials without a refund.
- Liability for Breach
A breach of this Agreement may result in liability under the laws of the Russian Federation, including liability for copyright infringement.
- License Term
The license is granted for an indefinite term provided that the user complies with this Agreement.
- Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
