2.2. Intellectual Property

All products are original works created by and belonging to Individual Entrepreneur Burtseva Tatiana Konstantinovna. They are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

5.1. Digital Delivery

5.2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Typical delivery: Within 5 minutes to 72 hours after payment confirmation
  • Delays: May occur due to technical issues or payment processing

5.3. Access Issues

If you don’t receive access within 72 hours:

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

6.1. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

6.2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of contract conclusion (order completion).

6.3. Exception for Digital Content

IMPORTANT: By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly agree that:

  • You request immediate access to the digital content
  • You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once download begins
  • This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive

6.4. Exercising Withdrawal Rights

To withdraw before download, you may:

Include your order number and email address.

6.5. Refunds

If you validly withdraw before accessing the content:

  • Full refund processed within 14 days
  • Refunded using the same payment method
  • No deduction for processing fees

6.6. After Download

Refunds are not available after you have:

  • Downloaded the product files
  • Accessed the download links
  • Streamed video content

This is in compliance with the exception for digital content under EU law.

  1. REFUND POLICY (NON-EU CUSTOMERS)

7.1. Before Delivery

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:

  • Download links have not been sent
  • You have not accessed the products
  • You cancel through your personal account

7.2. After Delivery

In accordance with Russian Federation Government Decree No. 612 dated September 27, 2007, refunds are not available for digital products after delivery.

7.3. Exceptions

Refunds after delivery may be considered in exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate charges
